Breakfast
A shake in the morning = pooping at a gas station yet again. Same almond milk, blueberry, whey and ice formula as usual. Also a cup of coffee I havent finished yet.

The long weekend
Today I skipped breakfast and got a 24oz low carb monster. Lunch was another (and the last) can o soup.

2 eggs 2 sausage patties.
Yesterday started with a shake. 10 wings (with fries) for lunch, and a mini pizza for dinner. Not really a good eating day.

Dinner Last Night
Morning/ breakfast
196lbs 124 blood sugar.
1 cup water, 1.5 scoops whey, handfull of blueberries, tablespoon almond butter, ice. All in a blender makes just over 16 oz.
Had to stop at Hardees/Food Lion for the bathroom again. Is it the whey?

Snackloaf
I was planning on eating this with my soup, but didn't. Now with another 127 test reading I feel a bit shaky again, so its snack time I guess.
Feeling shaky
Definitey shaky, but two readings in the 120s. That doesn't make sense. Not sweating yet, but getting a headache.
Breakfast
Coffee with cream and sweetener.
Sunflower seeds.
No other protein.
Now I can feel my stomach rumble.
