A shake in the morning = pooping at a gas station yet again.  Same almond milk, blueberry, whey and ice formula as usual. Also a cup of coffee I havent finished yet.

Half a bag of chips in the car, 17g carbs, but that made my sugar spike to 276 or so.  5 shot of orange.

The long weekend

Went to NC for a wedding Friday night, got back Monday evening.  It was a wedding, the food was not healthy for me.   Shots were required.  I'll just leave it at that.

Today I skipped breakfast and got a 24oz low carb monster.  Lunch was another (and the last) can o soup.

Yesterday started with a shake. 10 wings (with fries) for lunch, and a mini pizza for dinner. Not really a good eating day.

Lunch

Dinner Last Night

Chicken Kabobs with onions, peppers, and tomatoes.  Black bean salsa 'salad'.  If I remember to take a picture of lunch its pretty much the same, minus the veggies.

Morning/ breakfast

196lbs 124 blood sugar.
1 cup water, 1.5 scoops whey, handfull of blueberries, tablespoon almond butter, ice. All in a blender makes just over 16 oz.

Had to stop at Hardees/Food Lion for the bathroom again. Is it the whey?

Snackloaf

I was planning on eating this with my soup, but didn't. Now with another 127 test reading I feel a bit shaky again, so its snack time I guess.

Lunch

14g carb 4g fiber per serving. 2 servings in the can.

Cup o tea

Feeling shaky

Definitey shaky, but two readings in the 120s. That doesn't make sense. Not sweating yet, but getting a headache.

Breakfast

Coffee with cream and sweetener.
Sunflower seeds.
No other protein.

Now I can feel my stomach rumble.
